This sweet little shop is my go-to for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon iced latte between sessions. It’s got all the cozy island vibes and some of the friendliest staff around. Their coffee is always fresh, and I love sitting outside with my cup while watching the island slowly come to life. It’s also just a short golf cart ride from everywhere—because let’s be honest, everything on BHI is better by golf cart!

The Wisp
Tucked away near the Maritime Market, The Wisp is a hidden gem for a sweet treat. Their ice cream is so good—creamy, classic flavors with a few surprises mixed in. It’s where I take a little break after an evening beach session, especially if I have my family (or pups!) with me. The porch outside is the perfect spot to slow down and savor that scoop of happiness.

Favorite Casual Dining on Bald Head Island:
This spot is a newer favorite! Jules’ has a fun, casual vibe, great burgers, and a menu that’s perfect for the whole family. It’s laid-back and welcoming—the kind of place where you can kick off your sandals and enjoy island time at its best.
