So let me share a little family tradition! As a child, we celebrated the 12 days of Christmas. When I use to tell friends that’s what we did, they always had this look on their face that was like “what is that…you just sing the song?” And then I would explain our tradition included a HUGE stocking that we would open on Christmas day…it was hand knitted by my mom and stretched nearly as tall as I was. It was always such a treat, but that’s all we got Christmas day. Yep! Then each day for 12 days we would open a gift and ended on Epiphany (the traditional day of when the wise men visited baby Jesus) also January 6th. Was it hard as a little girl to leave all those presents under the tree? yes, but was it also fun to go back to school and tell my friends that I was still opening up gifts? Absolutely! It helped to slow down the season, it also helped us to learn to appreciate each gift.
Why do I tell you that? because at the studio we celebrate the 12 days of Christmas…and traditionally we’ve always put those out in early December. So starting December 12th…it will begin 12 days of BIG savings for everything from headshots to beach sessions to photography classes to senior sessions! Can’t wait! You need to check our Instagram (saraanne_photography) daily and Facebook…for all the details. A new savings every day…thats 12 different things! WHOO HOO!!!
So, I’m so excited to share this young man’s senior session images! I have known him since he was in preschool! In fact, he was my son’s first friend here in NC when we moved! So to say I was honored when mom called me to capture his senior pictures was an understatement! He’s grown up to such and handsome and kindhearted young man! Noah…so happy for you! Excited to see where God takes you in the next few years!
