Over the years, I’ve had the joy of photographing so many incredible young women—each one unique, full of potential, and radiating beauty far beyond the lens. But I’ve often wished there was a space for more than just taking pretty pictures. A space for connection. For creativity. For community impact.
And so, after months of dreaming, I’m thrilled to officially launch:

A creative model team for girls who want to be seen—and want to make a difference.
What is Focus & Flourish?
At its core, Focus & Flourish is more than just a model team. Yes, there will be beautiful, styled shoots. Yes, there will be fun locations, dreamy outfits, and Instagram-worthy moments. But that’s just the beginning.
This team is built around the idea that when we focus our energy on using our gifts—whether that’s serving, leadership, creativity, or compassion—we can flourish in ways that impact not just ourselves, but the world around us.
The Heart Behind the Program
Each girl on the team will be invited to share something she’s passionate about—something that lights her up. Maybe it’s animals. Or children. Or mental health. Or the environment. Whatever it is, we will come together as a team to brainstorm and create a give-back project around that passion.
For example, if one team member loves animals, we might create a campaign to collect supplies for a local shelter or organize a mini fundraiser. Each project will be unique—because each girl is unique. And we’ll cheer each other on and show up as a team for every one.
The goal?
To grow confident, creative young women who know their voice matters—and to leave a mark of kindness and purpose in our community.
Who is this for?
This opportunity is for girls who are:
🌟 Ages 16–21
🌟 Comfortable in front of the camera (or excited to grow in that!)
🌟 Artistic, expressive, or creative in their own way
🌟 Passionate about community or eager to make a difference
🌟 Team players who love encouraging others
🌟 Not graduating with the Class of 2026
If you love being part of something meaningful, if you’re the kind of girl who’s always up for a spontaneous shoot, and if your heart beats for something bigger than yourself—this team is for you.
What’s the commitment?
We’re keeping it simple but meaningful. Each team member will be expected to:
📷 Participate in 3–5 creative shoots throughout the year
🤍 Be actively involved in at least one give-back project (supporting a teammate’s passion)
📣 Help promote and support other team members and their projects through social media and presence
👟 Most importantly: show up with a kind heart and a creative spirit
