I’m home (for a few days) there’s something so good about coming home after being gone for so long…I had a rough night (couldn’t sleep) even though my bed was so comfy and hearing my hubs next to me is comforting. I have so much to do! So much editing, so many galleries to present, etc. It’s a bit overwhelming!
The family is great! My son is on his way to Daytona with his church group! I can’t believe that I have a child old enough to go on trips with a youth group…it seems like just yesterday when I was doing the same thing! The pretty girl is enjoying some down time after being gone (she was at the beach too) for nearly 2 weeks. I always find it hard in the summer to keep it balanced for them, I don’t want them bored but I also don’t want them running like nuts either (much like their mom these days) My darling husband has been holding down the home front, working on school, helping me in the studio, doing all those little things that I can not do when I’m working like 70 hours a week. I know we are not a “team” in terms of the fact that he doesn’t shoot, but I have said this over and over, we are a team…there is NO way I could ever do what I do without him. He just is a silent partner 🙂
Lie is good right now…busy but good! I found myself the other night up stressing over all I had to do (over 22 galleries to edit) but at the same time a heart so full. I have such goals for SAP and what I want to do…I just don’t have enough man hours to do so!
I’m still looking for an associate photographer for the studio. If you know of someone who might be interested, please send them my way! It’s a complicated but very fun position!
I am loving all my beach sessions…adoring all my beautiful clients! It’s always fun when past clients ask me to photograph them on vacation, it’s an honor! I can’t wait to share all the fun images from this families session…but this one just melts my heart! Can you say..Christmas card??? Look at all the LOVE!
