This was the sweetest wedding!
A warm late May day, Drew and Sara, with their closest family and friends, celebrated their marriage! We met this sweet couple earlier this year and couldn’t wait to capture their big day! The details were beautiful, including a pie bar (with pies made by family) mixed match china, beautiful peonies and lots of smiles! Each of them, parts of large families, all gathered in Mebane, NC for their big day! The rain that couldn’t make up its mind didn’t hamper anything and everyone pitched in to make sure that the day ran smoothly!
I loved their first look, their infectious smiles, the fact that the put so much value on having their day captured, their determination (they both were in school full time while planning their wedding). I loved that there were giggles and laughter in the midst of nerves and details. I enjoyed chatting with their family members and hearing about more details of their close friendship that turned relationship in high school.
Thank you Sara and Drew for allowing me to capture your special day! I wish the both of you all the happiness in this world as you begin your lives together!
