A Mom and Her Precious Boys: Mebane Family Photographer

It’s been a whirlwind of a few days at our house.  My Orchard Sessions are in full swing (which I love) and I’ve had some family issues and also just the busyness of this time of year.  I am reminded of why I love spring so much…as it’s a sign of new beginnings.  Don’t you think there are so many times in life when we just need a “restart” button?  I way to “do over”  Lately our family has gone through so many changes…employment, school, friendships, goals, businesses etc.  I was at the orchard and watched as they pruned these beautiful blossoms back….cutting away the gorgeous flowers, things that I saw as beautiful, the farmer said, they would weaken the fruit and the trees ability to produce good and sweet fruit.  It reminded me, that is what is happening in my life…things that I once saw as “good” are being pruned away so that I can bare better fruit.  The pruning process is never fun or easy and sometimes it’s very painful, but when that sweet fruit blossoms…it makes it all worth it.  So that’s my little tid bit for you…if you are in a place where you are feeling pruned, rest in the fact that it will one day produce BEAUTIFUL fruit!

So I had the awesome pleasure of working with this sweet little family…the love these three share is so evident and I adored their images, the connection, the setting the lighting etc…it was so much fun to be able to be out in the warm spring weather (finally) and doing what I love to do, with a family that it means so much to them!

I still have some availability for Spring sessions…please email me at info@sara-annephotography.com for more details.
