Beautiful photos for your walls aren’t cheap and maybe you wonder if a more expensive photographer is worth the investment. There are two reasons I think the answer is yes.
A photography business is not just a creative endeavor or a hobby, it is a job and what a photographer charges reflects on their ability to deliver what a client hopes for: great images. Like many things you purchase, the price should reflect craftsmanship and quality. Certain items are more expensive because they are better, and this holds true for quality photography. Everybody knows a mom with a good camera charging next to nothing for images. But before you book that session I would ask yourself if you are willing to take the chance on someone who doesn’t even highly value their own work? I have been there and have a couple sets of images I don’t love because the person behind the camera really wasn’t ready to be a pro.
This leads me to point number two. There is great peace of mind knowing your images will turn out no matter what curve ball is thrown your way on the day of your shoot. I skilled photographer will deliver what you expected. They will also know when to reschedule because the toddler just isn’t up for it or the weather is too questionable.
I don’t worry one minute about good images when I schedule a photo session with Sara Anne. I have seen enough of her work over the years to know she 100% knows what she is going behind the camera and in post-processing. There won’t just be one good image there will be many and I will want to buy them all. I definitely think her work speaks for itself.
