I recently had the pleasure of being a guest in her home and photographing her as she prepared a trial run soup for one of her cooking classes , can I just say YUMM!. Suzanne always makes you feel welcome and at home and has a way of being able to connect with those in her company making each feel special! She is a true entertainer at heart and it is showcased in her food! I watched as she chopped and blended and made what often seems to be daunting tasks simple all the while she was sharing with me about her goals and vision for her catering and blog!

During my visit, she made this amazing and what seemed to be easy Carrot Ginger soup and you can find that recipe here! Her food is a yummy as it looks and one of the things I love about it is that she always plates it and serves it so beautifully …makes you feel so special!
