I recently attended the “Behind the Lens” workshop with Sara-Anne Photography. At the time, I would have considered myself a novice photographer. Like many other moms, I started learning about photography with the birth of my second child. Sara-Anne’s workshop was extremely informative for me. I learned so much about myself as a photographer as well as a business person. Sara-Anne laid out the information in simple terms so everyone could understand it. Our class was made up of photographers, like myself, who were just starting out as well as photographers who had built their business successfully. Sara-Anne was eager to help every one of us. I learned so much from Sara-Anne and she has continued to offer her expertise every time I need it. If you could choose just one class on photography to take, this is the one. The relaxed, comfortable atmosphere was perfect for learning. It was very obvious to me that Sara-Anne truly cared about each of us and tried very hard to teach on all levels. Even if you don’t want a photography business and you just want to take great pictures of your kids or family, this workshop would be incredibly beneficial to you. There are a lot of technical skill as well as art behind a camera lens and Sara-Anne teaches you how to use it all. I only wish she offered a second level class I could take! C-Clewis, Pittsboro, NC
