Atlanta Here We Come

I cant believe that it’s Monday again…sometimes the days just roll together for me.    So a couple of confessions:

1.  I acted much like a child this weekend: You see, my mom in law came in town to help me with my window treatments (which I have to say is a major blessing) Anyway, I had my chair custom covered in a fabric that I absolutely love…my plan was to do my living room treatments in it as well…well, then we discovered that the fabric is no where in site anymore.. HUGE BUMMER!  So I pouted for a while and my mother in law tried to help me figure out what to do and I continued to pout…I finally came to a point where I was able to regroup and move on.  I think that sometimes we set ourselves so many expectations that we set ourselves up for disappointment.   I found a print that I love and in the end I think it will look better than the original..but I think our expectations put us in a box

I ate bread: We were invited to a wonderful lunch with some people after church and there were the best rolls.  I couldn’t resist.   So my confession:  I haven’t had bread since January 1st and I’ve lost 30lbs…I’m so enjoying watching the scale going down and it’s been an exercise in discipline, but things are good.  I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes and am determined to keep going.

So I’m headed to Atlanta with Stephanie from Gigi Creations.  I will be booking 5 limited sessions and we will also be doing a few models for her clothing lines.  If you are interested, please let me know as these will book up quickly.
